Ever
buy an electronic guide that absolutely stunk? I don't mean
just average rotten banana stink, I mean awful cooking rotted
cabbage stink. Platinum guides that tell you to "buY
LOE SELL higH!", class guides with well-known information
just copy and pasted in, or worse yet, one of our guides
plagiarized.
We don't like that either.
It makes people shy away from legitimately good guides and
makes us look bad. To correct this, we're offering our free
guide program to everyone and anyone who has had the misfortune
of buying a terrible guide.
To participate
in this program you only need to do one of three things:
- Send us your original
Pay Pal receipt for the bad guide in an attachment. This
is a valid proof of purchase and is the quickest way to
getting your free guide.
- If the purchase is over
a year old, it might be difficult for you to locate your
original Pay Pal receipt. In that case, please search
through your Pay Pal history, and copy/paste the receipt
information into an email.
- If for some reason you
can not find your Pay Pal receipt in email or in your
Pay Pal account, you may email us with the date and name
of the guide you purchased and what you didn't like about
it.
Please send Pay Pal receipts
or related information to
service@gameguidesonline.com
and we'll get to work on your claim as soon as possible.
Whenever we can, we will
match the awful guide with one of ours of the same subject.
If we don't have an exact match we might offer a similar
guide if one exists. Failing that, we'll offer you credit
towards one guide purchase on Game Guides Online.
